    • Sliding scale $30 – $60/ session

  • Soulcare Collective, Affordable Mental Wellness Program 

    • The Affordable Mental Wellness Program is intended for clients who are uninsured, underinsured, or unable to pay full market rates for mental wellness coverage. The Affordable Mental Wellness session rates are: $45 for a 30 minute session, $60 for a 40 minute session and  $75 for a 50 minutes session.

  • Soulcare Collective, The Soulcare Mental Wellness Program 

    • The Soulcare Mental Wellness Program (SMWP) is intended for clients for whom the current market rate for mental wellness coverage is unaffordable but are also not eligible for the Affordable Mental Wellness Program. The Soulcare Mental Wellness session rates are: $60 for a 30 minute session, $75 for a 40 minute session and  $90 for a 50 minutes session.

    • A Directory of Birth Workers of Color

      • The Bridge is a directory of Black and Brown professionals of color who care for families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond. We are committed to supporting birthing people and their families through the sharing of professional services in their area.

  •  BirthEquity.org - Dr. Joia 

    • The National Birth Equity Collaborative (NBEC) creates solutions that optimize Black maternal and infant health through training, policy advocacy, research, and community-centered collaboration. 

    • NBEC seeks to provide research to promote healthier birth experiences and health outcomes. Birth Equity Index (BEI) is the result of a mixed-methods variance of Black Infant Mortality in the U.S. through Women’s lived experiences in their communities. We partnered with researchers to provide an analysis of the collective impact of these experiences and have created a Birth Equity Tool Kit assessment survey.

  • Uzazi Village - Hakima

    • At Uzazi Village their goal is to decrease black infant mortality and racially-based perinatal health inequities through the promotion of Physiologic Birth, Breastfeeding, Perinatal Doulas, International Board Certified Lactation Consultants, Childbirth Education, Midwifery Care, Culturally Congruent Care

  • Ancient Song Doula Services - Chane

    • Ancient Song Doula Services is an international doula-certifying organization that offers quality Doula Services to Women of Color and Low-Income Families who otherwise would not be able to afford Doula Care. They train a workforce of full-spectrum doulas to address health inequities within the communities they want to serve.

    • NAMI is the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. Today, they are an alliance of more than 600 local affiliates who work in your community to raise awareness and provide support and education previously unavailable to those in need.

  • Janette Valenzo's List for BIPOC & LGBTQ+ Resources

    • Janette Valenzo worked on compiling multiple BIPOC and LGBTQ+ mental health resources into one list. She has also tagged organizations’ IGs (if she could find them), and that information can be found on her story titled with the GREEN heart on her IG profile.   • Oumou Sylla’s Radical Mental Health First Aide 

    Radical Mental Health First Aide was by Oumou. This offering will provide  you some context on the impact of oppression and social injustice on the body-mind and teach you de-escalation and consent skills. You will go over the RMHFA Action Plan and safety planning.

  • Family Success Centers of NJ, Bilingual (Español), located in every county in NJ offering free classes, resources, case management, supervised visits

  • Mom2Mom, Bilingual, Caregiver Support, open to all in NJ with dependents who have ongoing, chronic needs - ie. epilepsy, cancer, mental health conditions

  • Catastrophic Illness in NJ Children Relief Fund, Financial assistance program for NJ Families with catastrophic medical expenses due to a child’s illness or condition
